Bearings in rubber

Rubber

NBR or SBR bearings

Ideal for vertical pumps with small to medium sized shafts, they are available on request in a wide variety of sizes. They can be supplied in NBR nitrile rubber (known for its excellent resistance to oil, fuel and chemicals) or SBR rubber (for bushings that require high durability, as it offers excellent resistance to abrasion, heat and sediments suspended into water). On request, a variant of the NBR compound is available, also suitable for supporting dry plant starts.

Advantages

Versatility

Rubber-only bushings can be requested according to compounds that are perfectly adapted to the actual operating conditions (unfiltered water or with suspended oils or systems that require short dry starts).

Preparation speed

As they are soft and elastic material, rubber-only bushings can be placed in their seat and removed from it with great ease.

Eco-sustainability

All elastomers used do not contain hazardous substances (SVHCs) included in the lists of the European agency ECHA and can be disposed of without being considered hazardous waste.

Standard

Over the years, we have produced more than 5,000 different types of bushings for axes from 12 to 500 mm.

Standard products are always ready in stock and therefore immediately available.

Tailor-made

We can design and manufacture bushings of various sizes and materials for large boats, hydroelectric and nuclear power plants, aqueducts, vertical and submersible pumps, wastewater plants and animal husbandry.

Rubber-only bushing on request

Although we have a warehouse of parts in stock such as spare parts for the most common pump models on the market, rubber-only bushings are mainly produced on customer orders. Do not hesitate to contact us for an updated quote and expected delivery times.
