Bearings with outer shell in different materials and inner surface in nitrile rubber, allow lubrication and cooling of the shaft with the sole use of seawater or fresh water, even with a low degree of filtration
Manufactured to protect the shafts of vertical pumps from sand-induced wear, Caravel chrome-plated metal bushings are available in customer-specific dimensions, and their external tolerances perfectly match the rubber-lined bushing bearings. They are also manufactured with negligible eccentricity, ensuring optimal operation. The materials used and the thick chrome-plated finishes vary greatly depending on the actual operating conditions.
Bearings without metal shell, made of NBR elastomer or, for particularly polluted water or with suspended particles, with anti-abrasive SBR elastomer
Test description.
Anti-vibration mounts in steel and nitrile rubber for multiple mechanical and industrial applications, desined and produced according to or customers requests

RUBBER
Available on request a new type of rubber, developed with the purpose of supporting dry starts up to 30 seconds.

Lubricating Grease
In new installations, it best prepares the surface of the rotating shaft, easing its rotation and preventing any problem in shaft/rubber contact.

Do you want to reuse the outer shell of an already used bearing?
We remove the worn rubber and vulcanise a new layer inside the shell.
In order to ensure a reliable and durable product, we can perform the relining operations only after having checked the condition of the old rubber surface.
