Internal and service pumps on container carriers
The customer asked us to produce as soon as possible a batch of non-standard bushings, in bronze and with flange. The intended use would have been that of the water movement system inside a container ship currently in service on various ocean routes. Vessels of this type carry out scheduled maintenance and prolonged or unplanned shutdowns are not in fact contemplated.
Caravel makes use of the collaboration of certified suppliers able to respond with speed and reliability to market demands. One of our reference foundries was able to satisfy us with the usual level of quality. A coordinated supply chain aligned with the needs of the end customer allowed us to prepare and ship the lot in a very short time.
